Highland Pony
The highland pony is a very popular horse still today in Europe and many purchse a baby for their children to learn to ride on.
They are the Islay, Rhum, Mull, Barra, and some other strains. Queen Victoria took interest in breeding these horses and started a society dedicated to the breed. Nowadays, they are bred for bone and substance and are used in many recreational activities.
